Quiesced A7r5 and A10 cells were cultured in DMEM media supplemented with 5% FBS and 0.5% FBS for 3 d before relative gene expression of SMC markers [SMA, MHC and CNN1] and neural stem cell MVSC markers [Sox10, Sox17 and S100β] were determined by qRT-PCR.
