Role of MAPK in the n -3 PUFA-dependent inhibition of migration. At 24 hours after plating, EC monolayers were switched to low-serum (1%) medium and pre-treated with the indicated MAPK regulators for additional 24 hours. Finally, monolayers were wounded and incubated (in low-serum medium) in either the absence or presence of the indicated compounds for either 6 (b) or 24 (a, c and d) hours.
