Enrichment of cells expressing CSF-1R (CSF-1Rhigh) from canine hemangiosarcoma and human angiosarcoma cell lines. Monolayer cells were labeled with an RPE-CSF-1R antibody and enriched for CSF-1R expression using magnetic bead separation. Cell populations were assessed by flow cytometry to determine the percentages of cells in each population showing low (CSF-1Rlow) or high (CSF-1Rhigh) expression of the receptor.
