Tumor Endothelial Vaccines with Defined Targets. Schematic model of a tumor and its angiogenic vessels are shown with targets of tumor endothelial vaccines. These vaccines may be classified on their specific targets 1) that are primarily associated with tumor endothelial cells, 2) that promote growth of pericytes, or 3) that enhance both tumor and endothelial cell growth or survival.
